Penile girth enhancement by Fat transfer –

The penis can be thickened through Fat Transfer. The surgery is known as Penile Free Fat Transfer ‘FFT’, Fat Grafting, or Autologous Fat Transfer. This procedure involves micro-fat grafting to the penis. In this procedure, fat cells are harvested from your thighs and lower abdomen. The fat is liposuctioned from donor area(s) and after filtration and isolation, the purified autologous fat is injected through one or more tiny incisions along the penile shaft (around the erectile tissue of the penis) to increase the girth of the penis, using bespoke injection techniques to ensure fat survival.  As fat transfer cells come from your own body, there is no risk of allergic reaction or rejection. The expected increase of shaft circumference is in the range of 20 to 30%.

Downtime & Recovery –

There are minimal downtime and very little discomfort. Patients can go back to work 3-5 days after the procedure. Sexual activity should be avoided for six weeks after surgery.

Risks and Complications –

The surgery is safe if done by an experienced Surgeon. Pain is usually minimal to moderate and responds to pain-killers. There will be some swelling after the surgery, which starts to subside after 2-3 days. The resulting scar is virtually invisible.
